1. Buy packs or individual tours
You choose the number of visits you wish to purchase, and you can pay online or by bank transfer upon quote.

2. First meet
We meet you at your home to familiarize ourselves with the premises, your animals and/or the tasks to be accomplished.

3. Signing the contract
We explain the terms and conditions to you and we sign the service contract together.

4. Keys
We collect your keys and keep them safe until you return home.

5. Visits to your home
We provide home visits as agreed by following your instructions to the letter.

6. Email after each visit
We send you an email after each visit including a brief summary and the video of the visit.
